We’d love to welcome you to The Bond 1835 --
a tour is the best way to experience the space and imagine your special day with us.
Some details:
To ensure privacy for you and a seamless experience for all guests, we ask that couples reserve the entire bed & breakfast for the night prior to and the night of their event. This approach works beautifully for out-of-town wedding parties and allows you exclusive use of the property — including our newly renovated Bond Suite, which now features a gorgeous, dedicated getting-ready area.
And yes, we refresh the suite in between so it’s perfect for your wedding night.
While the inn is reserved in full, you are not required to personally cover all lodging costs.
We simply hold a card to guarantee the rooms, and your guests are welcome to book and pay for their own accommodations. The inn comfortably sleeps 10–12 guests,
and all stays include a full, hot, delicious breakfast each morning --
we’re always happy to tailor the menu to your tastes.
Depending on the season, a two-night full-house rental typically runs around $4,200.
Most couples find this comparable to (or even less than) what guests would spend on hotel rooms elsewhere — with the added bonus of everyone being together in a beautiful, intimate setting.
For the venue rental, we offer a flat facility fee that includes:
most importantly — our signature hospitality.
Depending on the time of year and guest count, the venue fee typically ranges around $5,500.
The Bond 1835 holds a full liquor license, allowing us to provide bar service onsite. You may choose from options ranging from a simple setup to a full top-shelf experience.
Bar service generally runs $30–$50 per person, depending on selections.
We’re also delighted to recommend outstanding caterers we love working with — from a fabulous pizza food truck to elegant plated surf-and-turf. Catering packages typically begin around $40 per person.
As a general guide, a base budget for a complete wedding at The Bond 1835 (excluding lodging)
for approximately 60 guests comes in around $12,000, including basic rentals.
I hope this helps give you a clear picture of what a wedding at The Bond can look like but keep in mind this is your unique day and we are ready to make it as special as you are.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions — and again, we would truly love to give you a tour.
Warmly, ❤️
