We stay at B&B's often and The Bond 1835 was nothing but a wonderful experience!! The inn has been beautifully restored and Corey and staff are wonderful innkeepers. The grounds are GORGEOUS and breakfast was delicious. Our stay was for three nights and we felt like we were home but the bed was beyond comfortable!!!! Truly a gem and we promise to return

Loved our stay at The Bond 1835! Corey is a  wonderful hosts and make you feel right at home. We loved the home and its decor and all the amenities they provide. Skaneateles is a beautiful town with great shops and restaurants and beautiful old homes. You will not regret staying at The Bond or the town of Skaneateles!  ~Dawn

The perfect restoration of an old house, the comfortable bed, the swing in the yard, the great breakfast, the access to coffee at all hours, the personalities of Mark and Corey, the easy ride to town, the feeling that the hosts really love what they do: it all comes together in such a calm and easy way that you won't want to leave. Just delightful.

​Absolutely loved this bed and breakfast. From the moment we arrived it felt very welcoming. Our room was beautifully decorated with lush linen to aid the perfect nights sleep.  Breakfast is the cherry on the cake at this place. So much choice, such wonderful hosts on hand to assist. We had fresh fruit, yogurt and granola followed by scrambled eggs with a whole host of extras in there. If you had room there were pastries to follow and more fruit.  A lot of love has gone into the renovation of this place and it shows.  Just book it and enjoy.....Issy
“Corey's place is absolutely wonderful. The house was tastefully renovated and turned into a really beautiful and stylish space. From the moment you walk in you can tell that they really care about all of the little details. Everything (from the mattress to the bedsheets, to the furniture, to the firewood even!) was of very high quality and very tasteful. It doesn't end there! You can sense that they truly care about hospitality, and for us they really went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with many many choices, great pastries, coffee, avocado toast, and egg scramble! They also gave us many great local recommendations. My cousin told us about this property in Skaneatales...NY's best kept secret!!! The Bond is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! The atmosphere is right out of magazine. It's PRISTINE...you could eat off the floor...the sheets even smell good enough to eat LOL. We had room 1, on the main floor...the shower was wonderful, even the towels were terrific...so soft and fluffy! Corey & staff were amazing hosts. Their breakfast was one of the BEST ones we've had...the avocado toast is two thumbs up!!! The healthy yogurt & granola was great too! Mark even took pictures of us around the property! The whole stay was fabulous...I would highly recommend The Bond to anyone & everyone!!! xoxo.. ~ Audre
